Do inkjet printed discs smudge?
The inkjet printing process coats a special printable CD DVD with a thin layer of ink it may be damaged under certain conditions. You CD or DVD will smudge if the disc becomes wet, if the disc is handled excessively in moist conditions. 90% of our printer customer by inkjet. New water resistant media from Taiyo Yuden and TDK is becoming available to allow more duarability of inkjet printed discs.
